With the CPT Editorial Panel creation of the two new CPT codes for programming and refill, these changes essentially result in creating a single code and payment when pump programming and refill procedures occur together. CPT codes 62367, 62368, 62369 and 62370 will all map to ambulatory payment classification (APC) 0691.This mapping does not reflect the complexity or time associated with the refill aspect for codes 62369 and 62370.
