I think this will be a will worth wild regulartion to put into process. I do think however, that the regulation needs to look further into the over all cost. As we all want to believe the powers of the white house, we are not out of our ressecion as the numbers say. I can do any economic equation to make you think we are coming back but we the common people know it is not true. So to that we nee dto look at the overall cost of changing the common practices across the USA for these in0home care providers and make sure the quoted $100M is on target because to me it seems way off.
I did and will ahve a parent or two that will need home care providers and have once had them myself. They have no real care about you as a person or your true recovery they are in there to get the money say they did their job and move one. No one comes out to assess what they did instead they send you a document to follow-up with. This is not efficient there needs to be face-to-face interact in order to truely see if the patient is done with the treatment. This regulation will help provide this check-up.
