it would be a good idea to allow use of the equipment outside of a patient living environment especially if not being confined to their home is beneficial to their health. and technology has advanced enough that documenting face to face appointments would not be hard to achieve. as long as the video or recording is confidential and done in a manner to protect the patient's rights.
