This topic talks about regulations provivision that will promote program efficiency but for who . In viewing this regulations in my opinion, it's no way beneficial for Patients. I have been a nurse for 13 years and other the years I have seen the Insurance agency take over healthcare which have been beneficial to them but detrimental to the patients. Patients are returning back to the hospitals with the same diagnoses within a few days they were discharge and Why? We are discharging them out of the hospital so fast because the Insurance give them the minimum of time allowed to stay.
