Medicaid Program: Covered Outpatient Drugs

I am a Health Care Policy student and we are learning about the rule making process. I reviewed this proposed rule and find it to be necessary in order to merge provisions of the Affordable Care Act into the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services rules. It will also help the federal government and the state governments be able to better afford outpatient drugs for Medicaid recipients by giving them better reimbursement rates.
