I appreciate the inclusion of word "wellness" in the list of EHB. This country has a huge group of Health Educators that are working at Starbucks because NO ONE WILL PAY THEM to do what they were trained to do...motivate and lead individuals and groups toward disease prevention and health promotion. They are certified as Certified Health Education Specialists and required to have at least a Bachelor's degree in Health Education to even sit for the certification exam. THE CMS allows certified health educators to conduct Annual Wellness Visits as long as they take place in the same suite as the billing physician and be supervised by him. I hope you assist the rest of America to work on prevention. Leave sick people to nurses and doctors and pay health educators for what they are trained to do. Otherwise "wellness" is seen as shots and screenings, not as behavior change. Behaviors are THE number 1 driver of the health conditions facing Americans. Hopefully you don't need a reference for this, as it is well-known. I am a former professor who trained many of these amazing Health Education students who many times were more compassionate and knowledgeable about prevention and wellness than any physician I have ever had.
