How can you charge an additional $5.25 per month on top of the normal health care premium (page 129 of the rule titled "PPACA; HHS Notice of Benefit and Payment Parameters for 2014)? This increases costs $63 per year when premiums are already rising dramatically. I am very upset at the way this law (ACA) is increasing my costs.
