We do not have a certified program for CQM's and I'm not sure anyone here really understands this whole complex, convuluted system you've created and all that it requires since we do have to use vendors to create what we need. Hospitals are stuggling to stay open with decreased reimbursement and you are creating more requirements that take a ton of resources to implement. As a small rural hospital, I don't see us making the timelines you've established.
