Goodday, Hence reading the new provisions of The Affordable Care Act I feel emergencey room visits because(PCP) office closed or the physician has no immediate opennings the consumer should not be impinged to pay for the visit to the ER. Any rates, premiums, rx , ect; I'm having enough trouble meeting those fees already. I'm concerned and fear-that do to the many changes already and new to surface in re of health care affordability, myself and many others do to expense, paaaaperwork and excessive phone calls to understand about needed service coverage (as I just experienced this year) may cause neglect to even bother to recieve care that is needed. I am fed up. Sincereley, Nancy Amatucci
