Experienced, capable people come to work every day for Pennsylvania's Department of Public Welfare. They don't answer to the shareholders of any "for-profit" corporation. Their only mission is to deliver vital services to people in need. These people are best prepared to administer the vital provisions of the Affordable Care Act. Their only interest is on behalf of the citizens--and the taxpayers--of Pennsylvania. Their only interest is in keeping people alive and well! Sincerely, Jeff Bullock, Social Worker
