Whoever designed this collection survey has totally unrealistic expections and obviously has no field experience. There is no way to get 100% collection of client input due to our vast geographical area of clientele that we serve. The notion that it can be done "at no cost" is also out of line. Mailing costs alone for our clientele will be in Hundreds of dollars let alone the man power needed to execute the survey. I can appreciate the intent and purpose for use of the data, but there must be a more efficient and effective way to accomplish this.
