Please allow coal miners to continue working. Until better alternatives are in place our communities and families cannot burden the loss of the coal industry. We are in the worst recession since the great depression and to continue to halt the issuance of NW 21 permits, WILL BE detrimental to us. Please allow miners to exercise their right to work!
