Comment on FR Doc # 2012-01269

It is essential for governmental agencies to operate as efficiently and productively as possible. Outdated and/or insufficient regulations place heavy burdens on the agency to accomplish this task. Identifying those regulations that act as a barrier to efficient work is crucial in assuring a finely functioning agency, as is the periodic review of existing regulations. I fully support this regulation.
