Danger Zones: Pacific Ocean off Kekaha Range Facility at Barking Sands, Island of Kauai, HI

There are more residents and visitors that use this beach and ocean area than there are people using the firing range. The only answer to this problem where all are in agreement is to move the facility to an area up against the foothills of Mana or a similar area. Too much risk is involved with this action and sooner or later there is going to be an accident and then what?
