Dear Sirs, When it comes to the third party testing requirements for toys to be exported to the US, please explain if Toy Safety Certification Program launched TIA could be a part of the testing requirement and if CPSC could recognize or accept TSCP as a reasonable testing program specified in CPSIA. As it is important for us to know if TSCP could be officially accepted by CPSC since we have signed the applicant agreement on TSCP with TIA and become a member of this program for verifying our toys have satisfied CPSIA and retailer requirement and that our toys conform to relevant toy safety standards. Best regards, Zhang Zhu Director of Safety Compliance Bestway Shanghai
