I believe, that following research on this and reading other public comments that more testing, with more realistic objects if available. I believe the proposed regulations, while possibly effective, may be based on faulty information from the testing agencies. If the regulations are passed, there may still be accidents or safety issues related to the objects being tested. I would like to see more information publicly published through the CPSC.gov website about these baby items being discussed.
