This is comment on Proposed Rule

Interpretation of Children

View Comment

Rapido Trains Inc. is a member of the Hobby Manufacturers Association. Our products are high end model trains, which most certainly are not meant for children. The average age of our customers is 55 and the minimum recommended age is 14. As such, they should not be classified as toys. There are far too many small and dangerous parts on our products to be handled by children.
