Dear Sir/Ma'am: This subject of placing hand-held hair dryers on the substantial product hazard list is of importance to me because of having teenagers in my house. They are at an age where they can use hair dryers on their own without supervision and one can never be too careful. With that being said, I am in agreement with the proposed rule. I actually believe it should be unlawful for any person/business to even own a hand-held dryer that does not provide integral immersion protection. It is far too risky to have these type of dryers in the home or business. Hopefully with the placement on the hazard list people will pay closer attention to items that pose a safety hazard to their family members and others. Thank you.
