Requirements for Bicycles

I believe that it is a good idea to make sure for children that lead is not used in any bicycle parts. The regulations are for the reflectors performace test, steering system, seat etc...The typographical errors in the bicycle technologies, designs, and features have changed dramtically over the past years and it is a good idea that regulations for bicycle parts are also changing. The changes will not have an affect on small businesses.
