I absolutely 100% agree with this proposal. Technology is ever changing and numerous industrial improvements are occurring every day, so it only natural for the government to adapt its regulations. After thoroughly reading through the information presented, I don't foresee any possible negativities resulting from these changes whatsoever. Overall, the regulatory changes would provide enhanced capability for consumers to make more knowledgeable purchases. Additionally, these improvements would greatly increase the safety of bicycle usage for consumers. By approving this proposal, the CPSC would be doing its duty.
