Please consider the metal tubes used to create a better flatness in the segmented mattress attached to the back of the mattress instead of affixed to the bassinet lining to be excluded from the below 5.19.2 'Key structural element(s)' requirement.
Consumers demand launderability on the bassinet lining as it is necessary to keep clean. For the purpose of laundry, it would be better for these tubes attached directly to the back of the mattress instead to the bassinet lining. It also has the best result to create a flatter mattress surface.
It is NOT possible to have these metal tubes be permenantly affixed to the back of the mattress for the practical purpose of packaging.
