The impact of not being able to use "Unrecovered Indirects" for the Specialty Crop Research Initiative is significant to OSU in what we are excluding a large portion of our cost base from our match. These are real costs to OSU that support our research. This makes it more difficult to meet the match requirements and therefore procure the grant funding.
