Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement; Reports of Government Property (DFARS Case 2005-D015)

This propsed rule will place a financial burden on agencies, especially agencies that have working capital funding. There does not seem to be a plan on how to provide funding to agencies to implement this change, especially with government property that is already in the possession of the contractor.
