The "DFARS Case 2004-D010" proposal to losen security issues when it comes to employment of citizens of countries other than the USA is a dangerous plan. Security of the People of our nation must be top priority. Security of our government's documents must not get into the hands of our enemies. America's got talent! We need to make better use of our own people's capabilities. The tight parameters were established for our protection. Many self interest groups want the restrictions dropped for one reason, bigger profit margins. The Profits are bigger when the contractors hire foreign workers over US citizens. The foreign worker is vulnerable to exploitation. They are often paid less than an American would be paid doing the job. Reducing security measures is dangerous.
