Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement; Receiving Reports for Shipments (DFARS Case 2006-D024)

While this is a good idea and long overdue, I have found that the printed WAWF receiving report does not include the UID tab, where the contractor lists UID's and serial numbers for items requiring them. This information is required at the depots to check the shipments. Investigate how to word the rule so that important information such as serial numbers are not left off the printed WAWF receiving report.
