Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement; Excessive Pass-Through Charges (DFARS Case 2006-D057)

To whom it may concern: I have received feedback from Contracting professionals concerning excessive pass-through charges. In order to determine what constitutes excessive pass-through charges, 252.215-7004 should be modified so Contracting Officers can calculate what is "excessive." Currently the clause language is nebulous & does not provide the opportunity to precisely or objectively determine "excessive" charges. Vr Susan Legatowicz
