Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement; Excessive Pass-Through Charges (DFARS Case 2006-D057)

This is another rule that serves no purpose other than taking up time and resources. What does "excessive" mean? Nothing! It's an ambiguous term...and ambiguity is in the contractor's favor. The CO should be given the authority to REQUEST this information. But, there should not be a requirement to do so.
