Regarding subject proposed rule, there appears to be an error in paragraph (a) of the proposed clause 252.232-7XXX. Paragraph (a) of subject proposed clause reads: ?(a) Paragraphs (a)(2), (a)(3), (a)(4)(ii), (a)(4)(iii), and (a)(5)(i) of the Allowable Cost and Payment clause (FAR 52.216-7) do not apply to this contract.? The appropriate clause reference should have been 52.232-25 Prompt Payment. I believe the proposed rule should read as follows: ?(a) Paragraphs (a)(2), (a)(3), (a)(4)(ii), (a)(4)(iii), and (a)(5)(i) of the Prompt Payment clause (FAR 52.232-25) do not apply to this contract.?
