I have received multiple rejections of receiving reports due to a formatting issue. In this case, the RR was rejected due to a dash being dropped out of the line item stock number upon load to WAWF. Our internal application printout (which we use for a preliminary review prior to signature) showed the dash, while WAWF did not. I have been repeatedly told (and I believe) that WAWF conforms to the regulations. So the (missing) dash should not be a reason for rejection. The only way to comply with what the Acceptor is asking is to put the stock number with dash in the line item description. In the meantime, we have had to go through extra steps and (possibly) delay a shipment. Please add specific language to F301(b)(15) to indicate that missing dashes are acceptable in the line item stock number.
