It is the common opinion that cannabis should be schedule III also. If you are making marinol schedule III make it root schedule III. It is not a dangerous drug, not a gateway drug. It is A SAFER ALTERNATIVE to alcohol and cigarettes. It can be used medically and recreationally. As you recently saw California Prop. 19 - full legalization of marijuana - 46% of the people voted for legalization. By 2012 it will be over 50% and we win. So, please remove cannabis from Schedule I down to Schedule III. Thank you for your consideration. If you need any other information - check portugal and netherlands. You will find their youth drug use is way below ours. Their HIV has Crashed like the 89 stock market. It's all positive results. Don't continue the prohibition farce anymore. Thank you for your consideration. And, don't disappointment the people.
