fr doc es 5579 - fr of 10/12/05 vol 70 #196 pg 59209 fema-rules@dhs.gov getting funds back from those paid and profiting from fraud i think the penalty of $5500.00 is far too little to be used for fraud since it costs far more than that for federal employees in salary to get it back. I think the penalty should be $10,000.00 for each instance of fraud. I also think our govt should be much much more careful BEFORE giving out money. I also think you should have to prove citizenship to get any money from american taxpayers. It is clear that fraudulent illegal immigrant criminals are collecting that money these days and then vanishing with the money stolen from americans.
