No exception should be made for Mexican citizens. Mexico represents the foremost source of illegal immigration, has high levels of corruption as documented in the public records, and represents the primary threat for terrorists seeking to cross the border unnoticed. Fingerprinting US citizens as threats while excempting some foreigners is typical of an unhealthy and corrupt trend in this administration, which treats citizen interests as secondary to foreign interests in many cases.
