This is as bad an idea as Bush going into Iraq. You are taking fear and letting it guide policy instead of implenting security that is real security. If somebody is being investigated they have a right to know and know why their application is being held up. Plus, to think "terrorists" will search this type of info for a "target" is utter stupidity. If the person is here, their info is far more available on the general web anyway. What you are doing is removing transparency from a process and a government that desperately needs it. Comment on FR Doc # E6-15046
