I would have to agree with Homeland Security that some information should be exempt such as protecting the indenty of an informant and I agree that information that is being used by DHS to protect this country from another terrorist attack like 9/11 should be kept confidential and should be made exempt. Terrorist groups do not look to highly on an informant and could possibly take matters into their own hands. I belief it is in the best interest that DHS is allowed to keep their informants confidential.
