Privacy Act of 1974: Department of Homeland Security—025 Law Enforcement Authority in Support of the Protection of Property Owned or Occupied by the Department of Homeland Security

I am in full support of this proposed rule. I agree with the reasoning that permitting access to certain information could disclose security-sensitive information that could be detrimental to homeland security. Classified information must be safeguarded in order for the Department of Homeland Security to operate efficiently.
