We agree whole heartly a increase in funding for emergency responders for police, fire, Ems for recognizing signs and symptoms of Biological, Chemical , Agents. We believe that the emergency responders may be the key by quarintine and using notification of State Warning Point and FBI WMD Coordinator to get the ball rolling. We believe that this training needs to start with initally recognition of the first responders before the WMD threat is known. If it is then contagious to quarntine if not then follow the guideline set forth VDH emergency response Guidebook to CBRNE. We believe this increased education to signs and symptoms may save lives and may help the spread. We also believe that the emergency responders do not have the minimum Level C or B protection as outline in various WMD response guidelines.
