Agency name: Mary Ellen Callahan, Department of Homeland Security
Docket number: DHS-2010-0076
To whom it may concern,
The proposed rules of newly established system of records in compliance with the Privacy Act of 1974 should be approved because such proposal may help Department of Homeland Security to monitor any viable unlawful activities, terrorist attack, and possible threat to the national security. However, any exemption of system records should be actively published at the Federal Register as proposed, should not be disclosed to unauthorized third party without consent, and must prevent any possible misuse of individuals’ private information.
Sincerely,
