The area police evidentally don't know what their duty is regarding non-citizens. I am a volunteer immigration student willing to request a brith record electronically. The immigrant did not trust the service. He was arrested and deported, but he did not commit any crime. The electronic birth record system should extend across borders, using digital photos. Secret service should become open service so the public will know what services are needed and what we can do to help. Protecting the president against possible assassins means cooperation in making aliens life as pleasant as possible. Too much fear of certain types of faces cause mistrust and it is not fair to people who look "Middle-Eastern". It is also not fair to cut an alien off from the friends who try to help by saying they can only have "family visitors" when they are arrested. Moving the alien around from place to place before they can even receive a letter is another bad practice. The police need to put themselves in check about being too quick to deport someone they have used for their own purposes.
