Sale of Rental of Sexually Explicit Material on DoD Property (DoD Instruction 4105.70)

The regulation for the ban on the sale of sexually explicit material on military installations falls in line with the seven Army values and should be widely implimented. Unfortunatley, military personnel will travel to off-post locations to aquire such materials and they still can present a problem, especially in overseas areas that are deemed " dry" countries.
