The pornography industry preys upon women and children, especially those that are victims of sexual abuse. I am happy to see a statute that places restrictions on the distribution of materials produced by this industry. However, I do realize the issue of censorship is a legitimate concern. There is not an easy remedy for these concerns. We must be able to find an appropriate balance.
