Comment on DOD-2006-OS-0039

DoD-2006-OS-0039 Mr. Vincent: Government Liquidations sent me (along with others who purchase property through GL) about the proposed changes concerning Demil property. The only question I have is how will these changes affect individuals who purchase Demil property? I very seldom purchase Demil property, but on occasion I will due to what is being offered that is not Demil property along with the Demil property. In other words, I am interested in the item(s) which are being auctioned off that are not Demil property, but the item(s) is included with Demil property. Of course, there are times I am interested in Demil property and would attempt to purchase that item. Since I do not export or import items and will use the items personally I am not sure how the proposed rules will affect me. Thanks for your help.
