DoD-2006-OS-0039 Good day, I had purchased one item which was a turbocharger for a Fairbanks diesel engine. hundred of sililar items are available at turbo rebuilders throughout the states. Fairbanks sold these engines worldwide . A as i recall Mr Clark inspected item in Guam- Mr Clark was a most coutrous and thourough inspector. In my opinion there is no way in which euc restrictions should apply to the item I had purchased. A recent item was a governor located in Mechanicsburg Pa. Again but in this case thousnds of like governors are available in USA and thousands overseas as well. In my opinion this item is so commonly used throughout the world there is no way this item could jeopardize America security. I surely belive there is a threat to America security on some items. Several years ago drmo had a list of surveyors to inspect the Guam site for off island bidders. I received a call at that time from an individual with what I thoughht was an Arabic accent wanting information on field tents. It is unlikely I will bid on euc items.
