Private Security Contractors (PSCs) Operating in Contingency Operations

My comments are as follows- I have been hearing that DoD personnel do not want PSC there at all that this is a combat situation and private security firms should not be there. However specifically to the document please note the following- 1-159.2.a(2) Applicability & Scope Should be under 1 agency only there would be too much room for error coordinating between 2 agencies. 2-159.4(a) Again as stated above just one agency - DoD - too much paperwork and room for error between 2 agencies. 159.4.c Chief of Mission should be required to instruct non DoD PSC and personnel to follow all procedures.
