Overall, I agree that this is a necessary rule especially facing our country's current war status. A few points that I generally agree with: Operation Contract Support are subject to United States federal law- I'm not sure if this has been implemented in the past, but I agree that we put it into policy/procedure. Next, allowing Contractor Personnel to be used for private security services is necessary to ensure the safety of Americans in foreign countries and I agree that this be implemented into policy granted the Contractor Personnel are following DoD instructions. Third, I agree that Contractor Personnel should have their personal legal matters taken care of before reporting for deployment. This makes sense for the justice system to maintain efficiency as well as ensuring that Contractor Personnel are not "hiding from their legal problems." Lastly, I agree that Contractor Personnel should undergo a medical examination similar to military personnel having to undergo their evaluation prior to deployment. This ensures the health and wellness of our contractors both pre and post deployment.
