The Navy Addendum only allows recruiting materials at all NCOs, but only if the AI is a NCPDLP school. This statement should include on-base institutions as well. FERPA must be included to ensure that military students have the same federal protection afforded all students. Only distance learning institutions provide a 24-7 800 number for students. Email should be returned in a reasonable time, no more than 3-5 days (not within 1 working day).
