Comment on DOD-2009-OS-0039-0001

This comment pertains to Page 72770, Section A(iiii)G reference to DOD support to the "National Boy Scout Jamboree". Recommend that DOD not support this event. The Boy Scouts of America are an organization that discriminates based on sex, sexual orientation, and religion. DOD support is contrary to policies of state governments and the federal government. Material support is against the general principle of separation of church and state and the important elements of the constitution of the United States. DOD support essentially demonstrates an "establishment of religion" and is contrary to anti-discrimination policys.
