This sounds like a great plan but monthly premium rates a member of $388.31 or $976.41 for TRR member and family coverage are very high. Family making 40,000.00 before taxes are taken can not afford this. I am retired Air Guard with 17 years active duty Army and 3 years air guard. I think the cost needs to be re-visited. Thanks
