Civilian Health and Medical Program of the Uniformed Services: TRICARE Retired Reserve for Members of the Retired Reserve

Please do not delay implementation of this Rule. Tricare has known about this since December of 2009. With the 60-day comment period, they will already miss the 1 October 2010 start date for implementation. There is no cost to the government for this program. There should be no delay. Thank you.
