TRICARE: Removal of the Prohibition to Use Addictive Drugs in the Maintenance Treatment of Substance Dependence in TRICARE Beneficiaries

Thank you for proposing to allow use of addictive drugs that are recognized as useful for maintenance treatment of substance dependence. For most patients, this is not necessary. But for some people, they can lead totally normal lives only with this supplementation. Some of them were exposed to heroin or other addictive drugs that their mother used when pregnant, so their bodies were trained from before birth that this was the normal state.
