Comment on DOD-2011-HA-0134-0001

Two primary concerns: 1) There appears to be no grandfathering clause for Masters Level clinicians who have been licensed for a significant number of years and qualified for state licensure under requirements less stringent (i.e. less supervised hours). 2) While this states that the rule is in effect as of its posting, there appears to be no information on how someone can obtain the certification as CMHC. I already qualify and would like to take advantage of this opportunity but can find no information on how to proceed with qualifying/credentialing.
